Hello world! I'm a low carb momma looking to tweak my exercise routine to facilitate weight loss. I'm a life-long exerciser, fan of martial arts and former folkdancer, but health issues have laid me low making exercise and continued fitness a challenge.
I've recently discovered the world of metabolic resistance training and plan to use this blog to reason out how this all works as well as record and share my workouts.
Having taught exercise classes and taken anatomy and physiology at the college level, I'm pretty good at modifying routines for beginners. There's not a lot of beginner stuff out there for fat loss training so hopefully this blog will be of use for others.
